Victoria Lara is a real estate veteran specializing in pre and new construction homes and condominiums. Born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, Victoria attended the University of San Diego, School of Law where she specialized in contract law and construction defects. She became interested in real estate in her high school days, and she still finds it the most fascinating, challenging, and exciting profession. Victoria’s extensive professional experience includes acting as American Invsco’s VP of Sales for the Midwest, and starting 2020 Realty Advisors, a residential resale office specializing in distressed properties. She is licensed broker in Florida, Arizona, Illinois, Texas, and California.
As a skillful relationship builder, she is known for getting things done. Victoria believes that in real estate, constant education is essential to keep up with the ever-changing market and the public that makes up the market. Before coming to Miami, one of the most diverse markets she’s ever encountered, she attended a Foreign Trade Mission is Belize and then traveled to Costa Rica to attend the final classes and educational hours required to earn her designation as a “Certified International Property Specialist” issued only by the National Association of Realtors.
Victoria’s ideal transaction is one that starts well and ends better, and when in doubt she will listen to her inner voice. The most important factor in any transaction is the client, their needs, wants and what is bst for them. The mindset and daily practice of always keeping the interest and well-being of customer/client first has earned trust and respect from and peers also!
Outside of the office, she is volunteer and avid supporter of animals, especially Doberman rescue groups, “Voices” and FOCUS for children, where she was president for two years. Victoria loves to enjoy Miami, the food, energy, and the culture. It’s a city that she describes as “having the energy of New York with very nice people.”
